Williams Associates will be displaying: Teledyne Hastings’ newest vacuum sensor.  Model HVG2020B along with the VUE series thermal mass flow meter and controller.

The HVG2020B features two sensors, a piezo-based transducer and a thermal-based Pirani sensor, in a single, small package. The piezo is used at higher pressures, above 20 Torr, to accurately measure pressures.  This sensor is media-isolated and is also gas composition independent.  The Pirani sensor is a precision-welded, hot-wire thermal sensor that measures pressures below 1 Torr.   The combined sensors give the instrument a measurement pressure range of 0.1 mTorr to 1000 Torr.

The 300 Vue is our newest series of digital thermal mass flow meter and controller which provide accurate, fast, and convenient gas measurement and control.

Available NIST traceable calibrated full-scale flow range of 0-5 SCCM to 0-10,000 SLPM.  The color touchscreen display allows for local adjustments and monitoring of gas flow.
